灌区量测水是目前全国灌区节约用水、精确计量的焦点难点,通过在鸭河口灌区进行量测水智能化试点建设,通过量测水系统架构、功能要求和系统配置,在渠道水位、流量和灌区雨情、墒情等方面的精确量测,传输系统到管理单位,从而达到灌区量测水智能化的管理。

Water measurement in irrigation area is the focus and difficulty of water saving and accurate measure-ment in the nation. Through the pilot construction of intelligent water measurement and the structure,functional requirements and system configuration of the water measurement system in the Yanhekou irrigation area,and the accurate measurement of the channel water level,flow,rainfall and moisture content in the irrigation area,the intelligent water measurement management is realized from the transmission system to the management unit.
