贵州省煤矿瓦斯抽采技术装备现状与展望 被引量:9

摘要 针对松软低透煤层需应对瓦斯治理问题与如何应用瓦斯抽采装备的科学难题,基于贵州省瓦斯抽采技术装备取得的代表性成果,选取典型矿井介绍了定向和大功率钻机及瓦斯抽采成套附属装备现状,总结概括了其适用条件、使用过程中存在的优缺点,并对瓦斯抽采效果进行了评价。从支管抽采瓦斯浓度、钻孔的孔深、支管抽采瓦斯浓度衰减速度指标侧面反映ZDY-6000LD(F)定向钻机使用效果优于ZDY-4000LR大功率钻机。通过贵州省瓦斯抽采技术装备存在的问题,提出对定向钻机升级改造、随钻测量设备的开发与煤岩智能判别机制分析、定向钻机联合孔代巷技术进行瓦斯抽采研究以及基于钻孔大数据云技术的理论模型等研究方向进行概述,对贵州省煤矿抽采技术与装备发展进行展望。研究为未来矿井工业实现由劳动密集型向智能化、自动化等特点的技术密集型转变提出新的技术路径。 Aiming at the scientific problems of soft and low permeability coal seams that need to deal with gas management and how to apply gas extraction equipment,based on the representative results of gas extraction technology and equipment in Guizhou Province,a typical mine was selected to introduce directional and high-power drilling rigs and a complete set of gas extraction.The status quo of ancillary equipment,summarized its applicable conditions,advantages and disadvantages in the process of use,and evaluated the effect of gas drainage.From the side of the gas concentration of branch pipe extraction,the depth of the borehole,and the attenuation rate of branch pipe extraction gas concentration,the performance of the ZDY-6000LD(F)directional drilling rig was better than that of the ZDY-4000LR high-power drilling rig.It was based on the problems of gas drainage technology and equipment in Guizhou Province,it was proposed to upgrade the directional drilling rig,the development of measurement while drilling equipment and the analysis of the intelligent discrimination mechanism of coal and rock,the directional drilling rig combined with hole substitution technology for gas drainage research,and the research based on drilling the theoretical model of data cloud technology and other research directions were summarized,and the development of coal mining technology and equipment in Guizhou Province was prospected.The research proposes a new technology path for the future mine industry to realized the transformation from labor-intensive to technology-intensive with features such as intelligence and automation.
