摘要
煤矿井下漏电故障是矿井低压电网的主要故障,严重影响煤矿人身安全和安全供电。研究了煤矿井下低压电网漏电保护技术,分析了煤矿井下电网基本结构及漏电保护装置性能指标,基于此,设计了煤矿井下低压电网漏电保护装置的硬件主体部分,重点分析了CPU选择、硬件电路单元;研究了软件主体及正弦波产生模块,并给出了硬件和软件抗干扰措施。研究为煤矿井下的供电安全提供了技术保障。
The underground leakage fault of the coal mine is the main fault of the low-voltage power grid of the mine,which seriously affects the personal safety and safe power supply of the coal mine.This paper studied the leakage protection technology of low-voltage power grid underground in coal mines,analyzed the basic structure of underground coal mine power grids and the performance indicators of leakage protection devices.Based on this,the main hardware part of the low-voltage grid leakage protection devices in coal mines was designed,focusing on the CPU selection and hardware circuit unit.The main body of the software and the sine wave generation module were studied,and the hardware and software anti-interference measures were given.The research provides a technical guarantee for the safety of power supply underground in coal mines.
