摘要
针对车集煤矿2713工作面直接顶为泥岩及砂质泥岩,破碎易冒落,工作面机尾大幅度调斜期间将造成综采设备严重下滑等问题,提出了破碎顶板条件下工作面旋转开采技术,研究了工作面旋转开采调斜方案、工作面旋转中心顶板控制技术、工作面旋转开采设备防滑技术以及工作面旋转开采设备对接技术。研究对保障工作面安全生产具有重要意义。
In view of the problems that the direct roof of 2713 working face in Juji Coal Mine is mudstone and sandy mudstone,which is broken and easy to fall,and the serious decline of fully-mechanized mining equipment will be caused during the large-scale inclination adjustment of working face tail,the rotary mining technology of working face under the condition of broken roof is put forward.The inclination adjustment scheme of rotary mining in working face,roof control technology of rotary center in working face,anti-skid technology of rotary mining equipment in working face and docking technology of rotary mining equipment in working face are studied.The research is of great significance to ensure the safety production of the working face.
