Research on Several Controversial Issues in the Construction of National Security Discipline

[目的/意义]为了更好建设我国的国家安全学学科,将总体国家安全观思想在教育领域落到实处,为我国维护国家安全的实践提供理论支持和国家安全人才保障。[方法/过程]基于系统性文献分析和实证调研方法,发现国家安全学学科建设中的若干有争议性的问题。[结果/结论]我国的国家安全学学科发展既不完全是外源型的,也不是完全内生型的,而是在内涵上是复合型的,它是在吸收古今中外优秀国家安全思想的基础上创立的,而且从形式上看它是原生性的,即由中国学者创立;通过分析国家安全学学科的形式和内容,国家安全学学科在我国应该是综合学科,而不应该定性为交叉学科;虽然国家安全学目前被官方定性为一级学科,但是学科门类应该是其发展方向;国家安全学学科发展要发挥政府的主导作用、行业的指导作用和企业的参与作用,形成国家安全学学科建设共同体;现阶段我国的国家安全学学科建设要走一条精英化和小而精的发展道路。

[Purpose/Significance]In order to build a better China's national security discipline,implement the overall national security concept in the education field,and provide theoretical support and national security talent guarantee for the practice of maintaining national security in China.[Method/Process]Based on the systematic literature analysis and empirical methods,several controversial issues in the construction of the national security discipline were identified.[Result/Conclusion]The development of the discipline of national security in China is neither completely exogenous nor completely endogenous,but is compounded in connotation.It is absorbing excellent national security thoughts of ancient and modern Chinese and foreign countries.It was founded on the basis,and from the formal point of view,it is original,that is,it was founded by Chinese scholars;by analyzing the form and content of the discipline of national security,the discipline of national security should be a comprehensive discipline in China,and should not be characterized as an intersecting discipline;although national security is currently officially classified as a first-level discipline,the discipline category should be also as its development direction;the development of national security disciplines should give the leading role of the government,the guiding role of the industry and the participation of enterprises to form a national security science disciplinary construction community;at the current stage,China's national security discipline construction should take the path of elitism and small but precise development.
