摘要
城建电子档案单套制管理是档案工作数字化转型升级的发展趋势之一。我国政府出台了系列政策文件推动电子档案单套制管理的发展进程,部分国家综合档案馆开展了单套制试点工作。本文研究了城建电子档案在归档、移交与接收以及长期保管环节的真实性、完整性、可用性和安全性保障和检测问题,从城建电子档案单套制管理相关主体权责划分的角度提出了管理建议。
The single set management of urban construction electronic archives is one of the development trends of the digital transformation and upgrading of archives work.The Chinese government issued a series of policy documents to promote the development process of single set system management of electronic archives,and some national comprehensive archives carried out pilot work of single set system management.This paper studied the authenticity,integrity,availability,security guarantee and detection of urban construction electronic archives in the process of filing,transferring,receiving and long-term storage.This paper put forward some management suggestions from the prospective of the division of rights and responsibilities of the relevant subjects in the management of urban construction electronic archives.
