摘要
为评定D-天冬氨酸(DAA)和锌镁合剂(ZMA)的功效,并比较两者的合并效果,将4组SD大鼠连续4周每日分别摄入DAA/ZMA/两者合剂/安慰剂,随后主动脉取血测血清锌(Zn)、镁(Mg)、DAA、总睾固酮(TT)、游离睾酮(FT)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌性激素(ES)、促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)、D-天冬氨酸氧化酶(DDO)、胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-1)、生长激素(GH)以及皮质醇(CORT)浓度;取样睾丸、肾上腺、甲状腺、脑垂体和松果体测DAA浓度。发现连续4周摄入DAA显著增加了大鼠睾丸DAA含量并可能刺激了TT、FT和GH的合成分泌;ZMA对于血清合成类激素无显著影响;同时摄入两者却会抑制DAA对大鼠合成类激素的刺激作用。
To assess the impact of D-aspartate(DAA)and zinc magnesium aspartate(ZMA)supplementation on serum hormones in Sprague-Dawley(SD)rats,in this work,four groups of 10 rats each were fed with a solution containing DAA,ZMA,both or a placebo for 28 days.Blood samples were collected from carotid arteries and analyzed for the concentration of serum zinc(Zn),magnesium(Mg),DAA,total testosterone(TT),free testosterone(FT),luteinizing hormone(LH),estrogen(ES),GnRH,D-aspartate oxidase(DDO),IGF-1,growth hormone(GH)and cortisol(CORT).DAA accumulation was determined in the pituitary,pineal,adrenal,thyroid,and testis.Our results show that DAA intake increased the accumulation of DAA in testis and had potential to stimulate the release of TT,FT and GH in rats.ZMA did not appear to affect serum anabolic hormone levels.On the contrary,the combination of ZMA and DAA suppressed the anabolic effect of DAA in rats.
