建筑工程施工中防渗漏施工技术的运用

渗漏问题是建筑工程施工和使用中常见的质量问题,如果施工人员对于渗漏问题的重视不足,没有能够及时做好防范和处理,一旦渗漏程度加重,会给建筑工程整体结构和内部设施造成严重危害,影响工程的稳定和安全。因此,在针对建筑工程进行施工建设的过程中,必须切实做好防渗漏施工,借助合理的防渗漏施工技术来保障建筑工程的施工质量和施工安全。本文从建筑工程防渗漏施工技术的优势出发,结合当前建筑渗漏问题产生的原因,对常见渗漏部位和防渗漏施工技术的应用进行了分析,希望能够为施工人员提供一些参考。

The leakage problem is a common quality problem in the construction and use of construction engineering.If the construction personnel do not pay enough attention to the leakage problem,they have not been able to prevent and deal with it in time.Once the degree of leakage is aggravated,it will cause serious harm to the overall structure and internal facilities of the construction project,affecting the stability and safety of the project.Therefore,in the construction process for the construction of the construction project,we must do a good job in anti-leakage construction,with the help of reasonable anti-leakage construction technology to ensure the construction quality and safety of the construction project.This paper starts from the advantages of construction technology against leakage,combined with the causes of the current building leakage problems,the common leakage parts and the application of construction technology against leakage are analyzed,hoping to provide some reference for the construction personnel.
