仿真助力SE-东方炉大型化及设计优化

ADVANCED TECHNIQUES EMPOWER LARGE SCALE AND DESIGN OPTIMIZATION OF SE-DONGFNAG GASIFIER

摘要 在SE-东方炉的设计、验证、优化及大型化上,为了提升SE-东方炉的整体运行效果及性能,采用了多种先进的仿真手段,如参数化三维建模、结构及流体的数值仿真,并适当探索了大数据神经网络的技术应用。介绍在“十三五”期间采用技术手段所取得的发展及研究成果。 In the design,verification,optimization and scaling up of SE-Dongfang Gasifier,in order to improve its overall operation effect and performance,a variety of advanced methods are adopted,such as parametric three-dimensional modeling,numerical simulation of structure and fluid,and the application of big data neural network technology is appropriately explored.This paper introduced the technological development and research results obtained by using the above techniques during the 13th Five Year Plan period.
