摘要
介绍CUES2906尿素钢国产化研发情况,在研发及挂片试验成功的基础上进行了批量生产,并在汽提塔液体分布器等部件上制作应用,利用大修对使用一年的部件进行检测,结果表明宏观检查及金相组织均正常。在首批CUES2906钢制作应用经验的基础上,通过采取控制化学成分及杂质含量,改进锻造工艺,严格控制锻造温度后又制作了第二批钢,其使用情况有待进一步考核。
The domestic research and development of CUES2906 steel for urea equipment was reviewed.Based on the success of R&D and coupon test,the steel was put into volume production,and applied in the manufacture of liquid distributer of stripper.During the overhaul one year later,we found that the macro inspection and the metallographic structure were quite acceptable.The second batch production was proceeded based on the successful application of CUE2906,and on the improvement of forging process and strict control of chemical component,the content of the impurities,and the forging temperature.Its application result is to be tested.
