摘要
用EDXRF法检测土壤重金属时,提升待测元素的荧光计数率至关重要,选择合适阳极靶材是一种重要的解决办法。采用MC法构建了EDXRF装置的模型,模拟了采用不同阳极靶材射线管时不同待测元素特征峰的计数率,为不同待测元素选择了合适的阳极靶材。模拟结果表明:对于As、Cu、Hg、Pb可以选择Mo作为靶材;对于Cd、Ni、Zn可以选择Au作为靶材;对于Cr可以选择W作为靶材。
When using the energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence(EDXRF)method to detect heavy metal in soil,it is very important to increase the fluorescence count rate of the element to be measured,and selecting suitable anode target material is one way to solve the problem.This article uses the Monte Carlo(MC)method to build a model of the EDXRF device,and simulates the count rate of the characteristic peaks of different undetermined elements when different target material X-ray tubes are used.The appropriate anode target materials are selected for different undetermined elements.According to the simulation results,Mo can be selected as the target for As,Cu,Hg and Pb;Au can be selected as the target for Cd,Ni and Zn;W can be selected as the target for Cr.
