反应堆核仪表微电流放大技术研究

摘要 为提高核仪表系统计算中子注量率、中子变化率的准确性,通过分析传统V/F转换电路与I/F转换电路的工作原理及特性,介绍了一种基于I/F理论的核仪表系统设计方案,并进行实验。实验结果表明:将I/F转换技术应用于核仪表系统具备一定可行性,且测量误差在允许范围内,与传统V/F转换方式相比,I/F转换具有更好的线性。 In order to improve the accuracy of calculating neutron flux rate and neutron change rate of nuclear instrument,analyzing the working principle and characteristics of V/F conversion circuit、I/F conversion circuit introduces a design scheme of nuclear instrument based on I/F theory.The experimental results show that it is feasible to apply I/F conversion technology to nuclear instrument,and the error is within the allowable range.Compared with the V/F conversion mode,I/F conversion has better linearity.
