摘要
基于LabWindows/CVI开发平台,设计了核电厂堆外核测量系统数据采集控制程序。数据采集控制程序采用ModbusTCP/IP协议,利用多线程技术对源量程、中间量程和功率量程的测试数据进行了有效采集、处理和存储。为了验证数据采集控制程序的功能性能,在实验室环境下搭建了堆外核测量系统测试平台对数据采集控制程序进行了实验和长时间验证。目前该数据采集控制程序已在国内核电厂投入使用。实验室测试结果和核电厂实际运行结果表明:本数据采集控制程序能够正常采集堆外核测量系统的实时数据,并能保证长时间可靠运行。
The data acquisition program for ex-core nuclear instrumentation system in nuclear power plant(NPP)is designed based on LabWndowsi/CVI.In detail,Modbus TCP/IP protocol is adopted for considering the industrial standardization,and multithreading technology has been used for processing the data effectively.In order to verify the data acquisition program,up The experimental platform was set up and the data acquisition program’s stability was tested.After the stability test,the software had been applied in NPP in China normally from last year to now.The experimental results and practical operation results show that the data acquisition program can get and process the data normally and effectively during the long operational time.
