实施既有线施工,能够使铁路部门目前的运营状况得到优化,从整体上提高铁路运营效率,同时施工既有线区域能够保障铁路工程的施工质量,不过,由于此类工程的连续施工时间很短,而且会受外界因素影响,通常在施工时会遇到很多问题,不仅会对施工人员的人身安全造成伤害,还会对铁路在投入使用后的效果造成不利影响。论文探讨了如何全面组织协调,强化过程控制,确保铁路既有线施工安全,以期为铁路既有线施工的安全提供参考。

The implementation of existing line construction can optimize the current operation status of railway departments and improve the railway operation efficiency on the whole.At the same time,the construction of existing line areas can guarantee the construction quality of railway projects.However,due to the short continuous construction time of such projects and the influence of external factors,many problems usually occur during construction,which will not only harm the personal safety of construction workers,but also adversely affect the effect of railways after they are put into use.This paper discusses how to comprehensively organize,coordinate and strengthen the process control to ensure the construction safety of existing railway lines,so as to provide reference for the construction safety of existing railway lines.
