The industrial application of SOP wet oxidation acid making process in a 35 kt/a waste acid regeneration unit of a petrochemical company is introduced.The main process principle,process,technical characteristics and unit operation of the technology are described.The industrial operation results show that the product acid w(H_(2)SO_(4))is greater than 98%,and the concentrations of SO_(2),NO_(x),sulphuric acid mist and particulate matter in the discharged tail gas meet the requirements of the emission standard.
