摘要
介绍了硫酸铵与氯化钾生产硫酸钾工艺中存在产品养分不稳定、K_(2)O质量分数不达标、生产连续性差等问题,详述了装置流程的优化、主要分离设备的调整,改造后实现连续、稳定生产,生产出K_(2)O质量分数达到50%的硫酸钾产品,既合理优化公司产品结构,又能有效降低原料市场波动对企业生产效益的影响,经济效益与社会效益明显。
Problems of unstable nutrient content,potassium oxide content not to standard and poor production continuity in potassium sulfate production by ammonium sulfate and potassium chloride are introduced.Plant flow optimization,main separation equipment adjustment are described.After transformation,continuous and stable production was realized with mass fraction of potassium oxide in potassium sulfate products reaching 50%,which optimized product structure,but also effectively reduced impact of raw material market fluctuations on production benefits,with obvious economic and social benefits.
