摘要
介绍了增强型气液硫化技术的原理,针对有色冶炼烟气制酸系统烟气洗涤过程中产生的酸性废水,用硫化氢代替传统的硫化钠进行硫化反应去除废水中的重金属,在不引入其他固体杂质的同时,提高了反应效率。通过设置2台吸收塔对硫化废气进行吸收,确保硫化氢气体的充分利用,避免了硫化氢气体外逸,产生的固废渣量少、环境污染小。
The principle of enhanced gas-liquid sulfurization technology is introduced.For the acidic wastewater produced in the flue gas washing process of nonferrous smelting flue gas acid making system,hydrogen sulfide is used to replace the traditional sodium sulfide for vulcanization reaction to remove heavy metals in the wastewater,which improves the reaction efficiency without introducing other solid impurities.Two absorption towers are set to absorb the sulfide waste gas,so as to ensure the full utilization of hydrogen sulfide gas,avoid the escape of hydrogen sulfide gas,reduce the amount of solid waste slag and environmental pollution.
