介绍了硫磺制酸低温位热能回收系统中酸浓度在线分析仪的工作原理及仪表选择的重要性,详细阐述酸浓度在线分析仪的使用注意事项、故障原因分析、改进建议及仪表运行维护管理的要求。酸浓度在线分析仪必须得到各级管理及维护层面的足够重视,才能保证生产装置的安全、稳定和长周期运行。
The importance of on line analysis instrument for acid concentration in low temperature level heat energy recovery system of sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant is introduced.The precautions for the use,failure cause analysis,improvement suggestions and the requirements of instrument operation,maintenance and management of acid concentration online analyzer are explained in detail.The acid concentration online analysis instrument must receive sufficient attention to ensure safety,stability and long-term operation of production.
