摘要
分析了5G基站功耗高的原因,即更高的速率、更高的信道带宽、更多的功放是5G基站功耗高的主要原因。对比了NR的SSB开销占比和LTE的PSS、SSS、PBCH、CRS的开销占比,并给出了SSB的配置策略,建议通过增加SSB周期、减少SSB数量以及时隙、符号智能关断等措施来降低5G基站的功耗。提出了降低5G基站功耗的其他措施,包括载波智能关断、通道智能关断、深度休眠。
This paper analyses the reasons of high power consumption of 5G base stations,that is,higher data rate,higher channel bandwidth and more power amplifiers.The SSB overhead ratio of NR is compared with that of PSS,SSS,PbCH and CRS of LTE,and the SSB configuration strategy is given.It is suggested to reduce the power consumption of 5G base station by increasing SSB cycle,reducing the number of SSBs,time slots and symbol intelligent shutdown.Other measures to reduce the power consumption of 5G base stations are given,including carrier intelligent shutdown,channel intelligent shutdown and deep sleep.
