摘要
基于SCIT冰雹识别与跟踪预警算法,是在分析冰雹云雷达反射率特征和雷达回波参量演变识别基础上,针对X波段全固态多普勒天气雷达的冰雹识别预警效果进行仿真研究。通过X波段天气雷达数据样本实例分析,研究对冰雹概率POH、强冰雹概率POSH和预期最大冰雹尺寸MEHS参数冰雹形成条件的智能识别判断,得到X波段天气雷达雹体序列号、雹体位置、雹体移动速度、雹体移动方向等模拟仿真参数信息。算法研究在冰雹识别、人工防雹中的可用性,可有针对性地进行基于位置的冰雹预警信息发布和冰雹灾害防御。
Based on SCIT hail recognition and tracking warning algorithm,the hail recognition and warning effect of X-band all-solid state Doppler weather radar is simulated on the basis of analysis of Hail Cloud Radar reflectance characteristics and evolution recognition of radar echo parameters.Through the analysis of X-band weather radar data samples,the intelligent recognition and judgment of hail formation conditions for hail probability,strong hail probability and expected maximum hail size parameters are studied,and the simulation parameters information such as hail sequence number,hail position,hail movement speed,hail movement direction and so on are obtained for X-band weather radar.The algorithm can be used in hail recognition and artificial hail suppression,and can be used for location-based hail warning information publication and hail disaster prevention.
