机器人辅助腹腔镜治疗前列腺癌中叶重度突入膀胱患者一例报道 被引量:2

Robotic surgery for prostate cancer with severe middle lobe protrusion into bladder:a case report

摘要 本团队在达芬奇机器人辅助下进行手术,治疗了1例前列腺中叶严重突入膀胱的前列腺癌患者。术前患者前列腺核磁矢状位测量前列腺突入膀胱长度为41.23mm,术后前列腺称重为104g。本研究对患者临床资料、术中所遇到的困难及手术经验进行报道。 We performed a case of robotic surgery on prostate cancer with severe middle lobe protrusion into bladder.The intravesical protrusion of prostate length measured by sagittal MRI of the patient before surgery was 41.23mm,and the weight of prostate was 104g after operation.The clinical data,difficulties and experience of the operation are reported as follows.
