“双高”引领下校企双主体共建高水平专业企业学院探究

Research on Construction of High-level Specialty Enterprise College Guided by Double-high Plan

校企共建高水平专业群和包括专业企业学院在内的高水平产教融合集成平台,旨在更有质量地协同育人和服务经济社会发展。而企业学院已被实践证明筑牢了“校企主导、政府推动、行业指导、学校企业双主体实施”的命运共同体,助力行业企业深度融入专业人才培养全过程和发挥企业重要育人主体作用。伴随着职业教育步入提质培优、赋能增值的高质量发展新阶段,惟有从顶层设计上深化学校、系院、专业三层次企业学院协同育人范式,并对校企“双主体”共筑专业企业学院等平台载体进行系统重塑,才有可能全面提升专业群服务能力和教育能力,也才能有效推动“双高”建设迈向“地方离不开、业内都认同、国际可交流”的目标。

Primarily for the purpose of better talents cultivation and better service of economic&social develop⁃ment,both colleges and enterprises keep making concerted efforts to build high-level specialty groups and spe⁃cialty-enterprise colleges.The enterprise college has been proved to have built a community of"college-enter⁃prise leading,government promoting,industry guiding and college-enterprise dual-subject implementation",which helps enterprises deeply integrate into the whole process of professional training and play an important role in educating people.In order to stimulate enterprises’role as our important dual body and to help enterprises keep deeply involved in talents cultivation,we are supposed to design three-level specialty-enterprise colleges as well as to remold their frame and system of talents cultivation.Thus we can comprehensively improve the service and education ability of professional group.Only in this way can we effectively promote the"double high"con⁃struction towards the goal of"local inseparable,industry recognized,international exchangeable".
