Discussion on the Development of Housing Provident Fund System in China

随着社会经济的快速发展,住房问题成为人民群众最关心的问题之一。同时,近期对住房公积金制度存废的新一轮大讨论,更凸显出我国现行的住房公积金制度仍然存在缺陷,有其局限性。文章从制度的产生开始,详细解读我国住房公积金制度的发展历程,探讨目前制度的发展状况,并基于我国不同地区的相关数据进行实证检验,阐释其中存在的问题和不足之处,并由此提出新的发展思路和政策建议。

In recent years,the rapid development of social economy has greatly promoted the improvement of people's living standards.People's pursuit of food and clothing has gradually changed to the pursuit of housing now.At present,the housing problem has become one of the most concerned problems of the people.At the same time,the recent new round of discussion on the existence or abolition of the housing provident fund sys⁃tem highlights that the current housing provident fund system in China is still flawed,and has its limitations.Starting from the emergence of the system,this paper will interpret the development process of China's housing provident fund system in detail,discuss the current development status of the system,and based on relevant data from different regions in China to conduct empirical tests,explain the existing problems and shortcomings,and thus put forward new development ideas and policy suggestions.
