膀胱镜下输尿管支架管取出术前预防性使用抗生素的意义

Are Prophylactic Antibiotics Necessary for Cystoscopic Ureteral Stent Removal

目的探讨预防性使用抗生素在膀胱镜下输尿管支架取出中的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2020年6月~2020年12月于泰州市人民医院行膀胱镜下输尿管支架取出的123名病人的病例资料,根据是否于术前预防使用抗生素分为抗生素使用组和非抗生素使用组,比较2组患者的一般资料及术后1周内出现尿路感染的情况。结果本次研究共纳入123名患者,其中抗生素使用组69例、非抗生素使用组54例,2组患者基线资料的比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。抗生素使用组中7例患者术后出现尿路感染,非抗生素使用组中5例患者出现尿路感染,2组的尿路感染发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论对于过程顺利的膀胱镜下输尿管支架取出术,术前预防性使用抗生素对于术后短期尿路感染的发生无影响。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of prophylactic antibiotics in the removal of ureteral stents un⁃der cystoscope.Method This retrospective study included a total of 123 patients underwent cystoscopic ureteral stent removal at our institute between June 2020 and December 2020 and divided the patients into two groups according to whether they had been given prophylactic antibiotics:antibiotic group and non-antibiotic group.The significance of prophylaxis of antibiotics in cystoscopic ureteral stents removal was evaluated by examining the presence of urinary tract infections within one week after surgery.Result A total of 123 patients were includ⁃ed in this study,including antibiotic group(69 patients)and non-antibiotic group(54 patients).Seven patients in the antibiotic group developed UTI after surgery,while five patients in the non-antibiotic group developed UTI.The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Prophylaxis of antibiotics is not clinically significant for successful cystoscopic ureteral stent removal.
