品管圈在腹腔镜手术烟雾管理和防护中的应用研究

Research on the Application of Quality Control Circle in Smoke Management and Protection in Laparoscopic Surgery

目的探讨和研究品管圈在腹腔镜手术烟雾管理和防护中的应用效果。方法选取启东中医院2019年1月至2020年12月参加腹腔镜手术医护人员100名作为研究对象,2019年1月至12月采取腹腔镜手术常规烟雾管理,2020年1月到12月采用针对腹腔镜手术烟雾管理和防护的品管圈活动,比较活动前后医务人员对手术室烟雾相关知识掌握水平和手术室烟雾管理与防护评分以及手术室烟雾浓度变化。结果品管圈活动后医务人员腹腔镜手术烟雾防护知识掌握情况明显优于品管圈活动前;参与医护人员对手术室烟雾防护管理满意度明显提高;腹腔镜手术术中空气质量明显提高,P<0.05,差别有统计学意义。结论针对腹腔镜手术采用品管圈活动可以提高医护人员对手术烟雾管理的认识,改善手术室烟雾管理和防护效果,有助于手术室防护管理工作的持续优化。

Objective To explore and study the effect of quality control circle in the management and protection of smoke in laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 100 medical staff from Qidong Hospital of Traditional Chi⁃nese Medicine who participated in laparoscopic surgery from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.Routine smoke management for laparoscopic surgery was adopted from January to Decem⁃ber 2019,and from January to December 2020.Aiming at the quality control circle activities of laparoscopic sur⁃gery smoke management and protection,the level of medical staff's knowledge of operating room smoke,operat⁃ing room smoke management and protection score and the change of operating room smoke concentration be⁃fore and after the activity were evaluated.Results After the quality control circle activity,the medical staff's knowledge of smoke protection during laparoscopic surgery was significantly better than before the quality con⁃trol circle activity;the satisfaction of the participating medical staff with the smoke protection management in the operating room was significantly improved;the air quality during laparoscopic surgery was significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quality control circle activities for smoke management and protection in laparoscopic surgery can improve medical staff's awareness of surgical smoke management and the smoke manage⁃ment and protection effects of operating rooms,and contribute to the continuous optimization of operating room protection management.
