摘要
通过水相染毒的方法,研究了灭草松对穗状狐尾藻的毒性效应,同时建立了高效液相色谱法测定试验溶液中灭草松的真实浓度。试验结果表明,灭草松对穗状狐尾藻有明显的毒性效应,以地上部分作为测量变量,长度、鲜重和干重的14 d-ErC_(50)值分别为有效浓度1.48、1.59和1.05 mg/L,14 d-EyC_(50)值分别为有效浓度0.783、0.638和0.453 mg/L;以根部作为测量变量,长度、鲜重和干重的14 d-ErC_(50)值分别为有效浓度1.85、1.08和1.22 mg/L,14 d-EyC_(50)值分别为有效浓度1.25、0.441和0.435 mg/L;以整株植物作为测量变量,长度、鲜重和干重的14 d-ErC_(50)值分别为有效浓度1.59、1.45和1.09 mg/L,14 d-EyC_(50)值分别为有效浓度0.923、0.570和0.446 mg/L。
The study was conducted to determine the toxicity effect of bentazone to Myriophyllum spicatum,and the plants were exposured via the water phase.The concentration of bentazone was measured by HPLC.As shown in the results,bentazone has an adverse effect on Myriophyllum spicatum.For stem,14 d-ErC_(50) of length,fresh weight and dry weight were 1.48,1.59,1.05 mg/L,respectively,and 14 d-EyC_(50) of length,fresh weight and dry weight were 0.783,0.638,0.453 mg/L,respectively;For root,14 d-ErC_(50) of length,fresh weight and dry weight were 1.85,1.08,1.22 mg./L,and 14 d-EyC_(50) of length,fresh weight and dry weight were 1.25,0.441,0.435 mg/L;For the total plant,14 d-ErC_(50) of length,fresh weight and dry weight were 1.59,1.45,1.09 mg/L,and 14 d-EyC_(50) of length,fresh weight and dry weight were 0.923,0.570,0.446 mg/L.
