SWMM模型下海绵城市建设效果核心指标评价——以萧山世纪城区域为例 被引量:12

摘要 以海绵城市建设效果摸底为背景,借助SWMM模型对杭州市萧山区世纪城海绵城市建设情况进行了评估。主要从年径流总量控制率及年径流污染控制率两项核心指标出发,对低影响开发建设前后进行了比较分析。根据建模模拟评估,截止到2020年底,钱江世纪城建成区年径流总量控制率达标面积为5.42km2,达标比例为21%,总体达标率偏低。但部分重点项目的两项核心指标均达到了国家标准及省市要求,有效减少了城市内涝的风险,实现海绵城市建设初衷。 Based on the research of sponge city construction effect,this paper evaluates the sponge city construction of Xiaoshan District century city in Hangzhou by means of SWMM model.In terms of the two core indexes of annual total runoff control rate and annual runoff pollution control rate,we compare and analyse data of low-impact development and construction before and after.According to the simulation evaluation of modeling,by the end of 2020,the area which reaches the standard of annual total runoff is 5.42 km^(2)in Qianjiang century city built-up area,accounting for 21%of the total runoff control rate.The general rate to reach the standard is low.However,the two core indicators of some key projects have met the national standards and provincial and municipal requirements,effectively reducing the risk of urban waterlogging.Therefore the original goal of the construction of sponge cities can be achieved.
