摘要
工业园区污水处理厂的初始设计条件及后期运行工况的变化,使鼓风机的选型与配置难以形成统一的标准。通过对5种常用鼓风机进行技术比较、性价比分析,总结了不同鼓风机的优选参数范围;通过分析3种单级离心鼓风机的主要特点,总结了不同单级离心鼓风机的适用工况与配置方式,依据研究结论,对工业园区污水处理厂工程案例中鼓风机的选型与配置进行了优化分析。
Due to the changes of initial design conditions and later operation conditions of wastewater treatment plant in industrial park,it is difficult to form a unified standard for the selection and configuration of blowers.Through technical comparison and cost performance analysis of the five commonly used blowers,the optimal parameter ranges of the five blowers were concluded.By analyzing the main characteristics of three single-stage centrifugal blowers,the applicable conditions and configuration mode of the three blowers were summarized.Based on the research conclusions,optimized analyses were conducted for selection and configuration of the blowers in the cases of wastewater treatment plant projects in industrial parks.
