摘要
地铁车辆段上盖物业开发发展模式成为现代城市的主要发展模式,这种模式的发展也带来了许多从未遇到的设计难点,其中包括了地铁车辆段上盖物业开发平台的雨水排水问题。以某地铁车辆段为依托,根据该车辆段上盖物业开发平台不同区域的特点,从上盖板的结构设计、盖下结构柱网的分布、盖下建筑物的性质及上盖板的建筑规划等方面对该车辆段上盖物业开发平台雨水排水设计进行了研究和分析,针对上盖平台的不同区域提出了相应的雨水排水方案。在此基础上,总结了在进行车辆段雨水排水设计时可能存在的问题及对策。
The development mode of the covered property development platform on the subway depot has became the main development mode of modern city.This model has brought many design difficulties that have never been encountered before,including the problem of rainwater drainage of the covered property development platform on the subway depot.Taking a subway vehicle as an example,the rainwater drainage design of the property development platform above the depot has been studied and analyzed from different aspects,which include the structural design of the upper covered plate,the distribution of the column grid under the covered plate,the properties of the buildings under the covered plate and the architectural planning of the upper covered plate.Corresponding rainwater drainage schemes are put forward for different areas of the upper covered platform.Based on the above,the possible problems and countermeasures in the rainwater drainage design of the depot are summarized.
