A Review on Improvement and Devolvement of Blood Compatibility

血液接触类医疗器械已被广泛应用于临床诊治居人类病死率首位的心血管病。血液相容性是血液接触类生物材料最为重要的评价指标。改善和提高血液相容性仍是血液接触类生物材料研发的主要任务和中心内容,对经济建设、社会进步和人类健康意义重大。本文系统综述了血液相容性研究的理论基础,重点阐述了血液相容性的改善策略(生物仿生、生物惰性和生物活性策略)和血液接触类生物材料的制备技术,扼要展望了血液相容性研究的发展前景。

Blood-contacting devices have been widely used in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease,which has the highest mortality rate in human beings.Blood compatibility is the most important evaluation index for blood-contacting materials.Improvement of blood compatibility is always the main task and central content for blood-contacting biomaterials,which is of great significance to economic development,social progress and human health.Herein,the theoretical basis of blood compatibility are systematically reviewed.The improvement strategies(including biomimic,bioinert,and bioactive strategies)and composite techniques of blood compatible materials are emphatically described.In the summary,the perspectives of blood compatibility research are prospected.
