摘要
以新型非充气轮胎UPTIS为研究对象,采用Solidworks进行建模,并基于Moldflow对此轮胎注射成型过程进行模拟分析。轮胎主体结构选用聚氨酯材料,分别通过毛细管流变试验、DSC、DMTA和拉伸试验对材料特性进行测量,并根据流变曲线对材料流变本构方程Cross-WLF方程参数拟合,研究浇口位置和数量对填充时间、前沿流动温差、翘曲变形量等的影响,并通过正交试验方法,研究熔体温度,模具温度、保压压力、保压时间等工艺条件对成型的影响,进而优化成型工艺条件。
Taking the new non-pneumatic tire UPTIS as the research object, the Solidworks is used to establish the geometrical model, and the tire injection molding process is simulated and analyzed by Moldflow. Polyurethane(PU) was selected as the UPTIS material. And the PU material was measured by capillary rheological tester, DSC, DMTA, universal tensile equipment. The Cross-WLF equation was used as the rheological constitutive equation, and the parameters were obtained by fitting procedure according to the rheological curves. The influence of gate position and quantity on filling time, front flow temperature difference, warpage deformation were studied. The influence of melt temperature, mold temperature, pressure holding pressure and time holding pressure on molding process was studied by the orthogonal test method, and the molding process parameters were optimized.
