石家庄地区部分女性高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染情况和相关危险因素分析 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨石家庄地区部分女性的高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)的感染情况,并分析HPV感染相关危险因素的特点,为预防现有女性宫颈癌前病变和宫颈癌的发生,评估高危HPV感染的影响因素提供临床证据。方法选取2017年1月-2019年1月就诊于该院妇科患者6 226例进行HPV 21种基因亚型检测和问卷调查,分析高危型HPV在石家庄市女性中的感染情况和相关危险因素。结果 6 226例受检女性中,共检查HPV感染阳性者为1 524例,阳性率为24.48%,其中高危型1 284例,占总受检人数为20.62%。高危型HPV感染高峰主要在1524岁(阳性率24.68%)、2534岁(阳性率22.52%),人工流产的次数、被动吸烟及首次性生活的年龄是高危型HPV感染的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论高危型HPV感染在石家庄地区年轻年龄段(1535岁)女性人群中感染率最高;人工流产的次数多、被动吸烟及首次性生活年龄小是石家庄地区高危型HPV感染的危险因素。 Objective This study focuses on the distribution of high-risk human papillomavirus in women in Shijiazhuang City,analyzes the characteristics of risk factors related to HPV infection,and provides clinical evidence for the prevention of existing cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer in women,and for the evaluation of influencing factors of high-risk HPV infection.Methods In this study,21 HPV subtypes were detected and questionnaires were conducted among 6 226 female patients in Shijiazhuang area who visited gynecology department of our hospital to study the high-risk HPV genotypes in Shijiazhuang. Analysis of infection situation and risk factors among urban women.Results Among 6 226 women,1 524 were positive for HPV infection,with a positive rate of 24.48%. 1 284 of them were high-risk type,accounting for 20.62% of the total. The peak of high-risk HPV infection in different age groups was mainly 15-24 years old(positive rate 24.68%),25-34 years old(positive rate 22.52%),showing a "double peak" performance,The risk factors of high risk HPV infection were induced abortion frequency,passive smoking and the age of first sexual life(P<0.05).Conclusion High risk HPV infection rate is the highest among young age group(15-35 years old) women in Shijiazhuang area;The high frequency of induced abortion,passive smoking and the young age of first sexual life are the risk factors of risk HPV infection in Shijiazhuang area.
