超高效液相色谱大体积流通池荧光法检测花生油中黄曲霉毒素B_(1)的不确定度评定

摘要 目的评定超高效液相色谱大体积流通池荧光法测定花生油中黄曲霉毒素B_(1)含量的不确定度。方法依据GB 5009.22—2016《食品安全国家标准食品中黄曲霉毒素B族和G族的测定》第三法无衍生器法测定花生油中黄曲霉毒素B_(1)(aflatoxin B_(1),AFTB_(1)),根据JJF 1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》建立超高效液相色谱大体积流通池测定花生油中AFTB_(1)含量的数学模型,对各个不确定度分量进行评定和分析。结果在95%置信区间下,当花生油中AFTB_(1)含量为1.0655μg/kg时,其扩展不确定度为0.1864μg/kg,k=2。结论花生油中黄曲霉毒素B_(1)检测结果的不确定度主要受标准曲线拟合、样品回收率、标准溶液配制、重复性测定影响。 Objective To evaluate the uncertainty of determination of aflatoxin B_(1)in peanut oil by ultra performance liquid chromatography and fluorimetric detection combined with large volume flow cell.Methods The residues of aflatoxin B_(1)(AFTB_(1))in peanut oil were determined according to the third method of GB 5009.22—2016 National food safety standard-Determination of aflatoxin B and G in food.According to JJF 1059.1—2012 Evaluation and expression of measurement uncertainty,a mathematical model for the uncertainty of determination of the residues of AFTB_(1)in peanut oil by ultra performance liquid chromatography and fluorimetric detection combined with large volume flow cell was established,and the uncertainty components of each source were analyzed and quantified.Results At the 95%confidence interval,the expanded uncertainty was 0.1864μg/kg(k=2)when the AFTB_(1)content in peanut oil was 1.0655μg/kg.Conclusion The uncertainty of AFTB_(1)in peanut oil is mainly affected by standard curve fitting,sample recovery rate,standard solution preparation and repeatability determination.
