正畸矫治过程中两种不同矫治器对龈沟液中IL-1β、TNF-α、PGE2浓度的影响分析

Analysis the influence of two different appliances on the concentration of IL-1β,TNF-αand PGE 2 in gingival crevicular fluid during orthodontic treatment

目的比较无托槽隐形矫形器及金属固定矫治器对龈沟液中IL-1β、TNF-α、PGE2浓度的影响。方法选择无托槽隐形矫治器和金属固定矫治器的正畸拔牙患者共60例,平均分为两组(N=30)。测量正畸治疗前1周(T0)、正畸治疗后第1天(T1)、第3天(T2)、第1周(T3)、第1个月(T4)、第6个月(T5)及第12个月(T6)第一恒磨牙龈沟液中IL-1β、TNF-α、PGE2浓度变化情况。结果IL-1β、TNF-α、PGE2在T1期均出现明显升高。IL-1β在T1时浓度出现统计学差异(P<0.05),TNF-α、PGE2在T3期两组的测量指标开始出现统计学差异(P<0.05),即金属固定矫治器组中炎症介质明显高于无托槽隐形矫治器组。结论两种不同的矫治器相比,无托槽隐形矫治器产生的炎症介质少,能有效保护牙周组织健康。

Objective To compare the effects of clear aligner and metal fixed appliances on the concentration of IL-1β,TNF-αand PGE2 in gingival crevicular fluid.Methods Sixty patients with tooth extraction were divided into two groups according to different appliances:clear aligner group and fixed appliance group(N=30).To Measure the change of IL-1β,TNF-α,PGE2 concentration in the gingival crevicular fluid of the first permanent mola at the 1 week before orthodontic treatment(T0),the after orthodontic treatment of 1 st day(T1),3 rd day(T2),1 st week(T3),1 st month(T4),6 th month(T5)and the 12 th month(T6).Results IL-1β,TNF-α,and PGE2 increased significantly at the T1.There was a statistical difference in the concentration of IL-1βat T1(P<0.05),and the measurement indexes of TNF-αand PGE2 at the T3 stage began to show statistical differences(P<0.05).The medium was significantly higher than clear aligner.Conclusion Compared with the two different appliances,the clear aligner produces less inflammatory mediators,can effectively protect the health of periodontal tissues.
