四川省绵阳市首例危重型新型冠状病毒肺炎病例报道

Report of the first case of critical case with corona virus disease 2019 in Mianyang city Sichuan province

目的分析绵阳市1例确诊新型冠状病毒肺炎感染危重病例的临床特征,研究患者在患病过程中的病程发展,以及对应的治疗措施。方法回顾性分析该病例的诊治过程,包括用药、影像资料等等。结果经过救治,目前患者的情况已经稳定,未出现新发感染,基础疾病也已经得到较好的控制。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎的传染性较强,目前也无治疗的特效药,回顾性分析治疗成功的病例的诊治过程对后续其他患者的治疗具有一定的指导意义。

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of a critical case of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)infection in Mianyang city,and study the disease development and the corresponding treatment measures,and provide a better basis for the diagnosis and treatment of other patients.Methods A retrospective analysis of the diagnosis and treatment of the case,including medication and imaging data was performed.Results After treatment,the current patient’s condition had been stable,no new infection,and the disease was under controlled.Conclusion The COVID-19 is highly contagious and there are no special drugs for treatment at present,and the diagnosis and treatment process of successful cases of retrospective analysis and treatment has some guiding significance for the treatment of other patients.
