中医内外合治腰椎间盘突出症的研究进展

Research progress on treatment of lumbar disc herniation with internal and external therapy

腰椎间盘突出症是以腰部疼痛(或波及下肢)为主要特点的一种常见的退行性疾病,属中医“痹证”“腰腿痛”等范畴,且目前国内外仍无特效治疗方法。中医临床多采用口服中药与针灸、推拿等外治法相结合,大多取得了良好的效果。现搜集近年五年文献,对中医内外合治法治疗腰椎间盘突出症进行综述,以期中医内外合治在临床发挥更大的效益。

Lumbar disc herniation(LDH)is a common degenerative disease with the main characteristics of lumbar pain(or affecting the lower limbs),which falls into the categories of"impediment syndrome"and"lumbocrural pain"in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).At present,there is still no specific treatment method in China and abroad.In traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)clinical practice,oral Chinese medicine is often combined with external therapies such as acupuncture and massage,which have achieved good results.Based on the literature collected in recent years,the treatment of LDH with the combination of internal and external treatment of TCM was reviewed in order to achieve greater benefits in clinical practice.
