摘要
运用实证研究方法,分析了企业内部社会资本与知识共享之间的关系。企业内部社会资本采用三个测量维度:社会互动性、信任、共享愿景。研究结果显示:三个维度与知识共享之间均存在积极的作用效果。
This paper analyzes the relationship between enterprise internal social capital and knowledge sharing by means of empirical research. Social capital within a firm is measured in three dimensions: social interactivity,trust,and shared vision. The results show that there are positive effects between the three dimensions and knowledge sharing.
