摘要 运用SBM模型,基于2014—2017年省级数据,首先对中国的农业水环境效率的空间效应进行分析。分析表明:我国农业水环境效率在空间上是相关的,省域空间上既是非均衡分布又有一定的集聚特征,省域间有向邻近高效率省域的学习效应。进一步使用普通最小二乘法、空间滞后模型和空间误差模型对我国农业水环境效率的影响因子进行分析,结果显示农业水环境效率的提高与农村经济发展水平、农业结构合理变动、基础设施条件改善、有效的环境规制、生态环保意识增强五个方面有关。工业增长采取粗放型模式则会降低农业水环境效率。为提高我国农业水环境效率,要注重地区间发展的联动性,提升各地经济水平,加快优化我国农业结构,完善水环境政策体系。 Using the SBM model,based on the data from 2014 to 2017,first analyze the spatial effects of agricultural water environmental efficiency in China.The analysis shows that the efficiency of my country's agricultural water environment is spatially related,and the provincial space is not only unevenly distributed but also has certain agglomeration characteristics,and there is a learning effect from neighboring high-efficiency provinces between provinces.Further use the ordinary least square method,the spatial lag model and the spatial error model to analyze the influencing factors of the agricultural water environmental efficiency in my country.The results show that the improvement of agricultural water environmental efficiency and the level of rural economic development,the rational change of agricultural structure,the improvement of infrastructure conditions,Effective environmental regulations and increased awareness of ecological and environmental protection are related to five aspects.The extensive mode of industrial growth will reduce the efficiency of agricultural water environment.In order to improve the efficiency of my country's agricultural water environment,we must pay attention to the linkage of regional development,improve the economic level of each region,accelerate the optimization of my country's agricultural structure,and improve the water environment policy system.
