2021年6月中国甲乙丙类传染病疫情动态概要

Summary of National Data of Class A,B and C Communicable Diseases in China,June 2021

2021年6月(2021年6月1日0时至6月30日24时),全国(不含香港、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区,下同)共报告法定传染病683394例,死亡1730例。其中,甲类传染病中霍乱报告3例,无死亡病例报告。乙类传染病中传染性非典型肺炎、脊髓灰质炎、人感染高致病性禽流感、白喉、新生儿破伤风和人感染H7N9禽流感无发病、死亡报告,其余21种乙类传染病共报告发病288172例,较上月(289878例)下降0.6%,较2020年同期(288382例)下降0.1%。报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒、淋病和布鲁氏菌病,占乙类传染病报告病例总数的93%。报告死亡1727例,较上月(1529人)上升13%(198人),较2020年同期(2017例)下降14%。

In June 2021(from 00:00,1 June to 24:00,30 June),a total of 683394 cases of notifiable communicable diseases,including 1730 deaths,were reported in China(except Hong Kong,Macao Special Administrative Regions and Taiwan province,the same below).In communicable diseases in class A,3 cases of cholera were reported without death.In communicable diseases in class B,no cases and no deaths of severe acute respiratory syndrome,poliomyelitis,human infection with highly pathogenic avian influenza virus,diphtheria,neonatal tetanus and human infection with avian influenza A(H7N9)virus were reported.
