摘要
所设计的HK型叶片式液压马达试验台采用串并联液压补偿功率回收方式,功率回收率达69.62%,起到了降低电动机的装机功率、节约能源及减少发热等作用;文中基于AMESim软件,完成了试验台液压系统的建模与仿真。仿真结果表明:在低速重载工况,HK型叶片式液压马达的转速、加载压力和输出扭矩分别为47.32 r/min、7.52 MPa和17399 N·m,达到了所规定的技术指标要求,符合相关国家标准的规定;且具有功能完善、控制准确、自动化程度高及安全可靠等优点。其设计成果对HK型叶片式液压马达的性能测试及相关试验台的研发具有一定的指导与参考作用。
The designed HK impeller-type hydraulic motor test-bed adopts series-parallel hydraulic compensation power recovery mode,which leads to its power recovery rate reaching 69.62%,and realizes the functions of reducing the installed power of the motor,saving energy and reducing heat generation;In this paper,the hydraulic system of the test bench was modeled and simulated through AMESim software.The simulation results show that the speed,loading pressure and output torque of HK impeller-type hydraulic motor reached47.32 r/min,7.52 MPa and 17399 Nm,respectively,which meet the requirements of relevant technical indexes and relevant national standards.The HK impeller-type hydraulic motor has the characteristics of perfect function,accurate control,high degree of automation,safety and reliability,etc.The design results have certain guiding and reference significance for the performance test of HK impeller-type hydraulic motor and the research and development of related test bench.
