新建郑济高铁铁路箱梁架设专项施工方案评价研究

Evaluation and research on construction scheme of railway box girder erection of newly-built Zhengzhou-Jinan High-Speed Railway

《国家综合立体交通网规划纲要》中明确到2035年,铁路网总规模将达到20万km,其中高速铁路包含部分城际铁路,将达到7万km左右,建设“八纵八横”高速铁路主通道,以及区域性高速铁路,形成高效的现代化高速铁路网。普速铁路包含部分市域铁路,将达到13万km,建设以川藏铁路、西部陆海新通道、沿边铁路为重点的中西部铁路,提升既有铁路效能,形成覆盖更加广泛的普速铁路网。同时,率先建成京津冀、长三角、粤港澳大湾区、成渝等城市群城际铁路网,加快都市圈市域铁路建设,促进干线铁路、城际铁路、市域(郊)铁路和城市轨道交通“四网融合”发展。铁路建设将达到另一个建设高潮,文中通过运梁车、提梁机、架桥机配合,完成铁路箱梁在国家重点骨干铁路网工程郑济高铁的架设,为后续工程安全建设提供了保证。通过对施工重点、难点的分析,有针对地突破了施工中的瓶颈,为业主、施工方、架桥设备供应方提供了一条类似施工建设的解决方案。

According to the Outline of National Integrated Three-dimensional Traffic Network Planning,by 2035,the total length of the railway network will reach 200,000 kilometers,among which the high-speed railway sections(including some intercity railways)will reach about 70,000 kilometers,which indicates that the high-speed railway main passages with“eight vertical lines and eight horizontal lines”and regional high-speed railways have been built,forming an efficient modern high-speed railway network.The general speed railway(including some city railways)will reach 130,000 kilometers,and the central and western railways with key points on Sichuan-Tibet Railway,the new land-sea passage in the west and the railways along the border will be built to improve the efficiency of the completed railways and form a general speed railway network covering a wider area.At the same time,it is necessary to first build intercity railway networks in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Yangtze River Delta,Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,Chengdu-Chongqing and other urban agglomerations,speed up the construction of urban railways in metropolitan areas,and promote the“integration”of trunk railways,intercity railways,urban(suburban)railways and urban rail transit.There will be another climax of railway construction in the future.In this paper,the railway box girder is erected on Zhengzhou-Jinan High-speed Railway,a national key backbone railway network project,through the coordinated use of beam truck,beam lifting machine and bridge erecting machine,which provides a guarantee for the safety construction of subsequent projects.The key points and difficulties of construction are analyzed,and the bottleneck in construction is broken through,which provides a solution similar to construction for the owner,constructor and bridging equipment supplier.
