履带起重机臂架金属结构应力仿真与试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 文中以P&H 7150型履带起重机臂架金属结构为研究对象,通过Abaqus软件对其臂架金属结构进行仿真,获得典型工况下结构应力分布情况。根据应力分布情况选取合适的现场应力测试测点,采用电测法对结构进行现场应力测试,获得结构测试工况下的动态应力和静态应力。最后,对仿真和测试结果进行比较分析,验证了该臂架金属结构的强度符合相关国家标准和安全技术规范的要求。 Taking the metal structure of boom of P&H7150 crawler crane as the research object,the metal structure of boom was simulated through Abaqus software,and the structural stress distribution under typical working conditions was obtained.Based on stress distribution,suitable stress test points were selected,and the field stress test of the structure was carried out with electrical measurement method,and the dynamic stress and static stress under test conditions were obtained.Finally,the simulation and test results were compared,and results show that the strength of the metal structure of the boom meets requirements of relevant national standards and safety technical specifications.
