摘要 某粗破站原料场为露天形式,设有2个料条,配置2台堆取料机,布置形式为料条A+1号堆取料机+料条B+2号堆取料机,按照国家及地方的环保政策要求,必须建设封闭料棚对其进行改造。为实现储量最大化,对总图布置重新优化,确定将位于最东侧的2号堆取料机向西迁移,1号堆取料机向东迁移,把轨距由6 m均改造为8 m,共同布置在一条轨道上,实现共轨模式。堆取料机改造内容包括更换行走机构及驱动装置,更换门座钢结构、尾车,润滑系统改为智能自动润滑模式,更换控制、动力电缆,通讯方式改为无线方式,增加激光防撞系统,整机重新涂装等,其余部分充分利旧。投入运行以来,各项性能指标满足设计要求,运转平稳,使用安全可靠。 The raw material yard of a company’s rough breaking station is an open-air yard,which is provided with 2 strips and 2 stacker reclaimers.The layout of strip A+No.1 stacker reclaimer plus strip B+No.2 stacker reclaimer is adopted.According to the requirements of national and local environmental protection policies,it is necessary to build a new closed material shed for its transformation.In order to maximize the reserves,the layout was re-optimized.The easternmost No.2 stacker-reclaimer was moved to the west,No.1 stacker-reclaimer was moved to the east,the gauge length was changed from 6 meters to 8 meters,and the two stacker-reclaimers were arranged on the same track to achieve common rail.The reconstruction of stacker-reclaimer includes replacing walking mechanism and driving device,replacing steel structure of gate seat and tail car,adjusting lubrication system to intelligent automatic lubrication mode,replacing control and power cables,changing communication mode to wireless communication,adding laser anti-collision system,repainting the whole machine,etc.,and making full use of the old parts for the rest.Since it was put into operation,all performance indexes of the stacker-reclaimer have met the design requirements,and the operation is stable,safe and reliable.
