新时代应用型高校劳动教育体系构建探析

新时代赋予高校劳动教育新的内涵:价值观培养和劳动技术技能培育的有机统一。新时代劳动教育“生态系统”存在不够完善、主体系统化思考有待加强、客体认知异化、评价体系不健全等问题。应用型高校应构建劳动教育“四位一体”协同创新机制、“五育并举”教育模式,完善课程体系,健全评价机制,建全保障机制。

The new era has given college labor education new connotations:the cultivation of values and labor technical skills needs to be unified.The labor education system in the new era is not perfect.The subjective systemic thoughts need to be strengthened.The object lacks cognition.And the evaluation system is not sound enough.Applied colleges and universities should collaboratively innovate labor education,use"five education"model,improve the curriculum system,evaluation mechanism,and guarantee mechanism.
