摘要
劳动幸福观的树立既要有情感上的认知,还需要观念上的构筑与思想上的认同,最终转化为实际行动。借助认同理论,对兰州6所高校大学生劳动观进行调研,认为大学生对“劳动幸福观”有较高的认知、较强的认同,但认知评价、认同差异、情感体验、行动力等方面仍有不足。应重视舆论引导、凝聚群体认同感、注重精神引领、完善高校劳动教育体系、发挥家庭劳动教育作用、加强劳动实践教育,这是培育大学生树立劳动幸福观的有效途径。
The concept of labor happiness requires emotional cognition,concept construction and ideological recognition.They finally transformed into practical actions.With the help of identity theory,the authors conduct a survey on the labor outlook of college students in 6 universities in Lanzhou.The authors believe that college students have a high level of cognition and strong identification with the view of labor happiness.But they still have shortcomings in cognitive evaluation,identification differences,emotional experience,and ability to act.Colleges should guide public opinion,gather a sense of group identity,focus on spiritual guidance,improve the labor education system in colleges and universities,promote family labor education,and strengthen labor practice education.
