摘要
高职专业群带头人是激发专业群创新活力,推进专业群可持续发展的关键,是实现高水平专业群建设目标的“领导者”。现行制度体系下,高职院校片面追求专业群的建设绩效,忽视对专业群带头人的研究与培养,使其内涵界定模糊、角色定位不准,面临着培养主体缺乏计划性、激励机制不健全、管理制度不完善以及考核评价标准不科学的困境。实践中,促进高职专业群带头人的成长,要分层制定发展规划、重构激励机制、改革管理制度以及完善考评体系。
The leader of the professional group in vocational colleges is the key to inspire the innovative vitality of the professional group and promote the sustainable development of the professional group.Under the current system,vocational colleges only pursue the construction performance of the professional group,and ignore the research and training of the leaders in the professional group.The definition of such a leader is vague.The training subject lacks a plan.The incentive mechanism is not perfect.The management system is not perfect.And the assessment and evaluation standards are not scientific.In practice,to promote the growth of leaders in vocational professional groups,it is necessary to formulate development plans at different levels,restructure incentive mechanisms,reform management systems,and improve the evaluation system.
