基于速度特征的我国冬奥会速滑女子1000 m运动员竞技能力提升的研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究我国速度滑冰女子1000 m运动员比赛速度变化特征,为备战2022年冬奥会提供训练依据。采用智能冰场测试系统,对2020〜2021赛季全国速度滑冰冠军赛女子1000m比赛数据进行采集,数据应用SPSS20.0进行统计分析。我国速度滑冰女子1000 m运动员在比赛中表现出:入弯道前降速,进入弯道后加速不明显,出弯道后无法保持速度;在直线与弯道、弯道与直线滑行的衔接上存在技术问题;最后400 m降速偏大,运动员体能不足。建议在日常训练中应注重直道与弯道滑行的衔接技术训练,同时加强速度耐力训练,提高维持高速滑行的能力。 through the intelligent ice rink test system of speed skating Hall of Harbin Ice Training Center, the speed data of women’s 1000 m speed skaters in 2020-2021 national speed skating championship were collected, and the data were statistically analyzed by spss20.0 to study the speed change characteristics of China’s women’s1000 m speed skating competition.It is found that Chinese 1000 m female speed skaters show some problems in the competition,such as the deceleration before entering the curve, the acceleration after entering the curve is not obvious, and the speed out of the curve can not be maintained after leaving the curve. There are some technical problems in the connection between straight line and curve, curve and straight line, and the physical fitness of the athletes is insufficient, and the deceleration in the last 400 m is too large.Inthe daily training, we should pay attention to the link technology training of straight curve taxiing, and strengthen the speed endurance training to improve the ability of maintaining high-speed taxiing.
