基于“三亿人参与冰雪运动”的目标,我国大众冰雪运动发展空间和潜力都极为广阔。运用文献资料法、访谈法等研究方法,阐述了我国大众冰雪体育运动发展过程中的制约因素,根据对应的影响因素提出了夯实冰雪基础设施建设,增加冰雪运动人口,提升配套服务品质质量等措施,旨在对我国全民健身、全民健康事业长远发展注入强有力的助推力。

Based on the goal of "300 million people participating in ice and snow sports", the development space and potential of mass ice and snow sports in my country are extremely broad. Using literature method, interview method and other research methods, elaborated the restricting factors in the development of mass ice and snow sports in my country, and proposed methods to consolidate the ice and snow infrastructure construction, increase the ice and snow sports population, and improve the quality of supporting services according to the corresponding influencing factors., Aims to inject a strong boost to the long-term development of my country’s national fitness and national health.
