In the past 100 years of the Communist Party of China leading the revolution,construction and reform,effective social mobilization and extensive participation of the masses have always been the necessary conditions for the Communist Party of China to pool resources and strength for revolution and construction.The initiation and organization of the Spring Ploughing Movement by the Communist Party of China during Anti-Japanese War was the concrete practice and application of social mobilization thought of the Communist Party of China with profound ideological foundation.The main strategies included the timely release of spring ploughing instructions,unified planning of organizing spring ploughing committee,the promotion of rural Party branches and the Party league,and the practice of Party members and cadres.The ideological core adhering to the leading position of the Communist Party of China,adhering to the people-centered purpose consciousness,and insisting on giving full play to the role of grassroots Party organizations as fighting fortresses,not only effectively promoted the smooth progress of the Spring Ploughing Movement,but also integrated the strength of various organizations and the masses,providing useful experience for the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy and the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
