摘要
在人工智能时代,外语教育的教学环境、教学方式和教学评价等均产生了结构性变革,对高校外语教师专业发展提出了挑战和机遇。高校外语教师要积极转变观念和角色,从自身发展的角度形成由专业知识技能、情感态度和反思实践构成的内在发展路径;学校层面还要从激励机制、反思机制、培训机制等层面创造有利于外语教师发展的外部环境。通过内外因共同作用,促进在人工智能环境下高校外语教师的专业发展。
In the era of artificial intelligence,structural changes have taken place in the teaching environment,teaching methods and teaching evaluation of foreign language education,which poses great challenge as well as opportunity to foreign language teachers.They should adjust their professional development orientation,and form an internal development path composed of knowledge and ability improvement,emotional identity and reflective practice.Besides,it is necessary for colleges to create an external environment conducive to the development of foreign language teachers from the aspects of incentive mechanism,reflection mechanism and training mechanism.Internal and external factors work together to promote the professional development of college foreign language teachers in the artificial intelligence environment.
